NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! 6 weeks to deliver and still awaiting a refund for a product I returned 3 weeks ago. They don't respond to email or return calls - might as well set your money on fire

I understand the delays due to Brexit, but it;s no excuse for refusing refunds and saying returned goods have not arrived. It seems they are in chaos, while they make you feel like a criminal who is trying to con THEM! Beware before you order.

Still haven't gotten a refund, still haven't gotten a reply to my multiple emails asking where it's at. I sent the items back 3 weeks ago, which should have been free but nope, paid £26 for that. I would NOT recommend buying from their online store... Not to mention the items took a month to arrive in the first place. What a mess...UPDATE: I tweeted them and they answered within an hour and that same night GOT MY REFUND! If you're in my situation I recommend tweeting them (even if you have no account like myself, make one) :)

Took 4 weeks for them to acknowledge they had received my refund order back. I emailed several times with no reply. In the end I publicly tweeted them and straight away I heard from them and they offered me the refund. Let's hope it takes 3 days like they said. I would be wary ordering with them and definitely pay on credit card so you're protected.Update - They took 3 days to issue refund. My advise - use twitter!

No stars. No money back. No communication. No customer service to speak of. No good.

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a coat and then had to return as it was too big. I paid for the postage to them and then have been waiting and waiting for a refund. I have called and emailed but nothing in response and no refund. I've lost £90. I'll be having to try and put a dispute in with Paypal like another customer has suggested below. Any other advice in getting my money back is much appreciated!

Awful.... in the same boat as everyone and I'm lost for words. Cannot get hold of anyone with regard to my refund. A company this big should be awesome at their customer service not the worst in history.I will never purchase from them ever again.

Same as everyone else’s experience. They have no problem completely bombarding you with emails (even when you didn’t sign up) but try and contact someone from customer care and it is impossible. Waiting on two refunds after months, but because you can’t contact anyone you can never get your money back.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company online in regards to obtaining a refund on an order, for hundreds of pounds, & their customer service. I’m not even guna waste my time & energy on them explaining the whole saga, but I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

My parcel arrived after 2 weeks (ski helmet and goggles were great quality)It got stuck at customs due to missing paperwork for a week - in which time I had 5 unsuccessful calls to roxy customer service and an email - they never responded to anything. I would say avoid ordering from here if you can, maybe get the same products from other retailers. Not worth the stress

Please Avoid Roxy at all cost!!! I ordered two tops on the 26th january 2021 at the cost of £55 and I still haven’t received it! I have been really patient so far but Their customer service is absolutely shocking all you get is generic responses!! I got more help from the delivery company Dpd who said that because Roxy aren’t putting in the correct documentation, due to brexit, the parcels get held up at the depot and subsequently get sent back to Belgium!! In the midst of a global pandemic I know it’s not life or death but it’s a lot of money to just lose! I just want my order or a refund or for someone to email me personally not generically to tell me where my parcel is or that I will get it eventually! That will reassure me! If I do get it eventually I hope it fits because the thought of going through this again to return it fills me with dread!!!

Please avoid buying from Roxy. They have very poor customer service, don't reply to emails, and keep blaming it on BREXIT when in fact my parcel has been stuck in the UK for two weeks because they were incapable of filling out the correct delivery information. I tried calling them 7 times yesterday, they put me on hold then hang up the phone.
